I keep having small stretches of raw with long chunks of cooked in between. Tomorrow starts day one of a 16 week challenge. I have exactly 16 weeks until fall semester start and I want to completely transform my body, mind, and spirit.

*Do a weight/conditioning routine every other day
*Walk 2-4 miles a day
*Skin Brushing
*Natural tooth paste, shampoo, conditioner with baking soda, essential oils, etc.
*1 gallon of water a day
*Raw
*Organic

Well I hate to say it, but I still can't get back on raw! It's annoying. I've been going 1-2 days 100% raw but then the cravings hit. I think emotional detox is rough too. I get severe anxiety as it is plus the detox of cooked food and addiction....ahh! Any suggestions!? I have to go cold turkey and can't do this high raw thing. I guess I just need to buckle down and fight my way through the first 3 days, which are the most difficult.

I'm sure I wrote that incorrectly, oh well. This is an email my mom just sent me. Please read!

I have read lately that there have been many reported adverse reactions, but that the news media is not reporting on them. (Gee, do you think they may get to much advertising money from Merck?)

So I went on the CDC website and wow. Keep your kids as far away as you can. Boys and girls,
I also found that very soon Merck is planning to start an add campaign for vaccinate your boys too. Just in case they have oral sex with an infected girl-that could make the a carrier.

You can read the list of adverse reactions by going to the website. I going to give you directions because it took me a while to wade through.

Look at that! It's insane and makes me angry that no one is even thinking of doing anything, but rather trying to get MORE people vaccinated.

I'm still here! I've refined my rawness and have become mostly frutarien, excluding carrots and celery sometimes. I feel cleaner on it. I'm also 100% organic for over a month.

My next gradual task is to mono eat more :)

I'm still here and still raw. School and life has been overwhelming, but I'm sticking to it. Things should calm down soon.

Tomorrow will be day 14 100% raw. YAY! It's not much compared to my 9 months, but you have to start over somewhere right? I hope I make it one year this time.

Been on and off raw this month. That's good I guess. Fasted 24 hours on Friday, which is longer than I've done in a LONG time. I'm trying to go 36 hours at the moment. Fought horrible cravings last night and I'm fighting them now as well...gahhh detox!

This end here and now! I can't continue eating this cooked food. It's been 2 months now. I've gained 10 pounds! It'll come off quickly once I go back to 100% organic raw vegan. I can do it! The first few days I know will be extremely difficult, but I'll make it...I'll survive. I'm thinking of doing a juice fast to help clear my system. Wish me luck!

I keep eating cooked food. What the hell!? I feel like I've let all I know are raw, down. I did well for three days while I wasn't at home. 24 hour fast has just begun.

I think I've neglected this journal just a tad. I've had 3 slips of eating cooked within 9 months of raw. I'm doing better than the past two fall/winter years. Usually by september I'd been eating 100% cooked of microwaved veggies, water packed tuna, poached salmon, brown rice, ect. The times I ate cooked this time were steamed veggies, beans, olives, saukraut, and brown rice. I'm doing better, much better, but I'm currently having cravings!!!!
